Chris Marker, D.O.

Dr. Christopher Marker is board certified by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and
Rehabilitation. He completed his residency at NYU-Langone Medical Center in New York, N.Y. He also
holds a sub specialization in Sports Medicine and is a member of the American Medical Shockwave
Society. He has participated as a faculty member and has spoken at multiple Orthobiologics meetings
while working closely with the pioneers of this field of medicine. His specialty interests include the uses
of Orthobiologics (Platelet Rich Plasma, Autologous Bone Marrow Concentrate and Autologous
Micronized Adipose Tissue Transfers) along with shockwave therapies for the treatment of various
musculoskeletal and spine conditions. This holistic approach to musculoskeletal medicine allows the
body’s own natural healing mechanisms to be placed in a concentrated form under precise ultrasound
or fluoroscopic guidance to help decrease pain and inflammation, thus promoting healing and
improvements in their functionality.
